If a view of Perth while you are enjoying your dinner is what you are after, there is no better place to go to than the C-Restaurant in Perth City Centre.
You can imagine how surprised we were to be told that there were a lot of tables free and asked where we would like to sit.
Of course, I wanted to sit by the window to overlook Perth as we ate. We were told that it takes approx 1 hour for a full revolution but that we were free to stay as long as we wanted. The last thing you want is to be rushing your food down!
First thing was to order a bottle of wine while we browsed the menu. We asked our waiter Christopher what his recommendation was and choose a bottle of white which was promptly brought to our table and poured for us.
Next step was to order, we decided to get two starters and two mains and share a dessert for an extra $15. It was $94 for two courses.
For main course we ordered the Seared Steak and the Duck Breast.
Both were cooked well, juicy and tender and presentation was great.
As it is fine dining, the portion size was very small so I was glad we ordered a side of mash to fill us up.
I’ve been to many restaurants, spent less money and been more satisfied.
C Restaurant was nice, the food was average but it is completely overrated!Unfortunately, I am in no hurry to go back.
