Beauty: How Do You Whiten Your Teeth?

imageWhen it comes to teeth whitening where does one start when looking at products for considering to have your teeth whitened by the dentist.

I recently received a 7 days trail of Doll White Teeth Whitening strips.
I wouldn’t class my teeth as very discoloured, however, my eye teeth are a little darker than my front teeth and this is what I was hoping to brighten in particular.

So how did it go?
Firstly the strips are individually packed which makes them simple and easy to use. I love monochrome also!

The strips were very easy to put on with each package containing a long strip for the top teeth and a smaller stripper for the bottom teeth. The instructions are on the back of the packaging making the process even easier!

It is advised to keep the strip on for up to 30 minutes. As I have sensitive teeth I thought it would be best to see hope it goes. Luckily for me, the strips are non-peroxide so they did not really make my teeth sensitive.

I found that the easiest time to use the strips were in the evening when I was relaxed and watching tv. I also brushed my teeth with Sensodyne when I took the strips off.

After only seven days, I noticed results.  There is definitely potential to get better results with a longer treatment depending on what you need.

  1. I love how your teeth looks with these strips and great to know your experience cause I have sensitive teeth as well and don’t want anything harsh for the whitening process!

  2. I whiten my teeth once in a while but should do it more often since I drink coffee almost everyday. I use the Crest Whitening Strips but I find my teeth to get a little sensitive after using them. These whitening strips sound pretty fabulous and I may need to give this one a shot. Thanks for sharing xo
