Event: Boss Pizzera Menu Tasting

IMG_20190828_175703.jpgBoss Pizzeria, what a place! The restaurant hosted some foodies to try out the menu and as soon as I saw pizza, I was there!

The restaurant is right beside Camberwell station, great for public transport customers like myself. It was a pretty wet and chilly evening sitting outside but there were heaters to warm us up as the restaurant is not very big. One thing I loved about the indoor area was being able to see the open pizza cooker.

On this particular occasion, we were treated to an array of items on the menu rather than ordering things individually. Everything is made to share.

Of the appetizers, my favourite was the Baked Ricotta ($15). It was an easy item to share and I loved the caramelized onions and balsamic jam served on the side.

On this occasion, I stuck to the vegetarian pizza options and as I mentioned on Insta, if you can’t do a Margarita well…you can’t do pizza. I loved the Melanzana ($24) and the I Say Patata ($24).

Unfortunately, I missed the dessert style pizzas but I hear they were amazing too. In a way, I’m thankful I missed them as I was already so full leaving.

Thanks for a lovely evening Boss Pizzeria!
