D’Avenue is a recent addition to the busy Leederville strip. With seating indoors and outdoors, I envisage this café becoming more and more popular over the coming weeks.
Duende is a busy little spotty and the very foodie suburb of Leederville.
I know a sandwich is pretty easy to make but even the simplest detail of the chives sprinkled on top of the sandwich made it even more appetising. Attention to detail is a good quality. The sandwich itself was delicious! The toast was quite thick and had a generous filling inside. I really enjoyed it.
We were handed two menus and the dilemma began.
I was torn between the Potato Rosti ($19.50) the Smoked Salmon ($20.50) and the Saffron Doughnuts ($16.50). I normally steer clear of sweet dishes when it comes to breakfast and I nearly went with the Saffron Doughnuts but changed my mind last minute and went for the Smoked Salmon.
