I absolutely love risotto because you can make so many different varieties. It’s also a great start of the week dish to finish off any left over wine from the weekend.
Who doesn’t love a great lasagne! Perfect for enjoying with garlic bread, a side salad or even on its own. I have always loved the convenience of a lasagne and don’t get me started on the amount of cheese you can add…optional of course!
The fish cakes were great for lunch and I thought they tasted just as nice the following day. I am a huge garlic fan so I could taste it more in the cakes the day after.
